Frostbite
(Also known as: Hypothermic injury or cold burn

What to do: If you suspect you have frostbite, move to a warm environment immediately to prevent further exposure to cold temperatures.
Gently warm the affected area by immersing it in warm (not hot) water or using warm compresses.
Avoid rubbing or massaging the frostbitten area, as this can cause further damage to the tissues.
