Dehydration

What to do: If you are mildly dehydrated it can be stopped by drinking lots of fluids. If you are severely dehydrated, cease activity and get fluid into your body as quickly as possible. The darker your urine the more dehydrated you are. So if you are passing clearer more transparent urine, you are well hydrated.
